Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled as long as the request is submitted before the order enters the preparation or shipping stage.
If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Return Requests
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

5. Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is requested for personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong item or deciding that the item is no longer needed—the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount will depend on the shipping carrier used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered and will not be charged to the customer.
6. Shipping Fee Policy
No restocking fees will be charged.
Shipping fees, where applicable, will only be applied once and will not be duplicated during the return or refund process.
7. Refund Review and Processing
After the returned item has been received and inspected, a confirmation will be sent indicating whether the refund has been approved.
Processing Time
If the return is approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on the payment provider or bank, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in the account.
